Check out activote to see her stance &/or voting record (or serious lack thereof!). The only consistent stance she has presented is anti-abortion and pro-gun. She has no record on almost ALL pertinent issues in this country!

She's actually WORKED as Governor and a mayor before that, and while the media/Yahoo trolls and Obama oddly, is knocking that experience (by the way, Bill Clinton was a Gov. of a 'small' state, if you recall)... she has not, like Obama has.. been "running" for President, instead of doing HIS job he's being PAID to do! (and voting along with the Party, in lock step & then saying he's an agent of Change?).

Palin served two terms on the Wasilla, Alaska, city council from 1992 to 1996, then won two terms as mayor of Wasilla from 1996 to 2002. After an unsuccessful campaign for lieutenant governor of Alaska in 2002, she chaired the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission from 2003 to 2004 while also serving as Ethics Supervisor of the commission.

In December 2006, Palin was sworn in as the governor of Alaska, becoming the first woman and youngest person to hold the office. She defeated incumbent Republican governor Frank Murkowski in the Republican primary and former Democratic governor Tony Knowles in the general election garnering 48.3% of the vote.

On August 29, 2008, Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain announced that he had chosen Palin as his running mate. She is expected to be formally nominated at the 2008 Republican National Convention in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Palin would be the second woman to run for vice president on a major-party ticket and the first Republican woman to do so.[5]

She's a pro life fundamentalist Christian who wants to take us back into the last century.

She's also under investigation in her state has five kids and believes that women should be barefoot and pregnant

Everything, I have actually been reading all about her for three days, all good stuff very little negative stuff. If she were perfect i would definitely be suspicious.

Her education - She barely graduated as a journalism major from a school that is barely accredited.

Her career- She was a long time member of a secessionist party called the Alaskan Independence Party. She has hated america all of her adult life and has believed her state should secede.

She was elected mayor in a town. Became governor. Is currently under investigation for corruption.

I cannot wait to hear her speech tonight. Thank goodness for my DVR. I won't miss a minute of it, even if life intervenes.

This election is important and I will be making an informed decision when I vote.

I enjoyed the DNC and am enjoying the RNC as well.

well she has executive experience.....which is more than can be said about obama..

all he does is basically vote on legislation....

she also has a large family to me..which indicates she actually has those values she speaks of...and its not a bunch of bs...

and lastly..i trust mccains judgement
