Sarah Palin raises taxes on oil companies in Alaska and is a Republican hero?

Obama talks about raising taxes on oil companies and is a Repulican villain. How is that possible??

Right she is promising to contain oil companies....That's why she supports drilling. By the way I have a bridge to nowhere the governor supported now I can get it for you cheap.

Talking about something and actually doing it are two different things.  Someone needs to keep the oil companies in line and I don't see Obama doing it.

Because everything is different for conservatives depending on whether a Democrat or a Republican is involved. Another example of this flawed logic is how we now should all automatically choose McCain because of his military service but four years ago we were supposed to ignore that John Kerry fought like a hero. They even tried to smear that record with malicious lies and outragous slander while he was running against W who got a nice job at the national guard to avoid going to Vietnam

I believe there's a word for that kind of thinking. It starts with an H and ends with a y.

Because overall, she is about cutting wasteful spending and only implementing needed "social" programs.

Smaller Government... Less Taxes.

Plus, she gave a bunch of that revenue back to the Alaskan people.

Governing like that puts the power in the hands of the people... exactly why she has an 80% approval rate in her state.
