Sart-up trouble.

Question

My pc is having trouble at start-up. About 5 seconds after It's turned on the foxconn (my motherboard brand) logo appears with the options to go into alternate menus and such.This had happened before, usually its fine and continues to boot the login screen. For whatever reason it's freezing on the foxconn screen or jumping to some data list which I believe is  a list of  components. Any idea what I should do?
