quick i know know that sasuke trains with orochimaru but does is sasuke bad or good now?

For the most part bad. After Sasuke had left the fight with Naruto,Sasuke leaves to go train and become more powerful with Orochimaru,over the 2 1/2 years Sasuke continues to train with him,as well as Naruto is training with Jiraiya and Sakura is training with Tsunade. Although from his traning Sasuke does  become strong as well as the other's too and becomes even more bad. At one point Sasuke even decides to kill Orochimaru when he was in a weak state as Sasuke had thought that there really is no reason to keep Orochimaru around as he has taught Sasuke all he can. Sasuke use his chidori sword to kill Orochimaru,and afterwords takes his abilities and power's. He then leaves to gather his own team to set out and find and kill his brother with. He does,but as it turns out he does meet his brother and they do fight and Sasuke kill him. After from the fight being weak Sasuke faints and Tobi who revealed himself as Madara picks Sasuke up and takes him back to his hide where he explains about the village and Itachi's past. Afterwords Sasuke decides to join the Akatsuki,and from what Tobi/Madara had sadi to him wants to destroy the village also he join's Tobi/Madara, in order to capture the 8th tailed demon,but Sasuke his jus using the akatsuki for his own gain  to get the 8th tailed demon.

In my opinion, i'd say neither. He's only trying to revive his clan, the Uchiha, and so he trains with Orochimaru in order to get enough power to defeat Itachi.

[SPOILER!] After he does, his next goal is to kill the advisors [you know, the old farts of Konoha xD] But in order to do that, he must crush Konoha. In Naruto's point of view, that would be very bad. XDD
