Sat II? what subjects can you get tested in?how necessary is it if you want to get in to a prestigious college

if you get a low score in an area can you just not count that test or how does that work??? where can you register to take it, what are requirements like age or grade or anything like that??

SATIIs have many, many subjects from Lit, to Chinese, to Math, to Chemistry. There are over 30 tests. Most prestigious colleges require at least 2-3 tests. You want to aim for over 700 on each test. There are no requirements, but you want to be well-versed in whatever subjects you choose to take.
