Sat book question?

okay i am buying the old version of the collegeboard's version of the official sat study guide. it still has the analogies. should i continue on to study in this book (not the analogies) or just not study this book

  1. You can use that book as a back-up, but I do suggest you get a new book. The new version of the SAT is quite different, and the level of difficulty may have changed. Go to amazon.com and look for SAT books; look at the ratings buyers have given to certain books and pick one. Make sure to take a lot of practice exams though, especially ones that are administered in books by the collegeboard books, because they will be close to mirroring the actual exam. Analogies are pretty difficult, and they are no longer given on the exam, so I suggest that you study them after you've memorized vocabulary SAT words, and then you can practice with analogies.
