The dish is mounted on the flank wall of my house, approximately 15 feet above ground level. We have had the property for four years, and the dish was in situ. when we arrived.

We have had problems as we are 1,000 feet above sea level with high wind and rain (bittmapping), but recently, my neighbour has erected some scaffolding to carry out some work on his roof, and placed a metal framework for a new shed on the raise area immediately behind our house. The latter was first to go up, and did not appear to cause any problem. The former has been up for a week or so, but the problem has only occurred in the past few days.

I have tried adjusting the angle of the dish, without success. In fairness, even in it's original positioning, the dish is not directly obstructed by anything. All connections seem fine, but our digibox is quite old, with a Sky Freeview card only (3 years old). Should we re-site the dish, or is this all coincidence, and does the dish perhaps require replacing, or the box and card?

Thanks for your help
