Satellite broadband dropping out - Ipstar...

Question

We have an ipstar Broadband satellite modem hooked up to a Netgear WGR614v7 wireless router and both our desktop and laptop computers drop out regularly. We have established that the modem is not the problem so it would appear the router is at fault. We have to go into the neatgear settings and "apply basic settings" each time. This resolves the problem for a short time, although there is no average time that it lasts, it can be from 5 mins to 2 hours and sometimes of the day worse than others.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
