1) if i wanted to watch a football match as seen from space, how would i do that?

You can't, since there isn't a telescope capable of resolving the necessary detail.

However, there are often blimps or dirigbles over football games, and they carry cameras capable of filming the game.

Additionally, most American stadiums are capable of providing wire-support cameras for a more aerial view.

You could always fly near the game in an airplane or helicopter, but that might not be allowed these days.
