Saturday jobs avaible?

hi, im 14 years old and live in lincolnshire. does anyone know a good saturday job avaible or where i could look that is fairly well paid??

You're limited to where you can work.

When I was 13 I started working at a hairdressers, all I did was wash a few people's hair and make drinks. I also cleaned up, too. It wasn't exactly a glamorous job, but the pay is decent for a teenager, I got just over £3 per hour and worked for 2 hours every 2 days, then 4 hours on the weekend.

Try small cafes, avoid large retail places because they usually want you to do a lot - but don't pay well.

A lot of my friends went and did waitressing, but I think you need to be 16.

try looking at local shops and cafes or even maybe look in your local newspaper for part time jobs

you can always try babysitting..it is fun and can be well paid and you're just having fun most of the time..you will get a chance to be a kid again. trust me, you're going to miss that when you get older so enjoy it while you can..

Im 15 and currently workin at centra.........Im earnin 10 euro per hour so its good

The large 'chain' stores will usually want you to be aged 16. You could 'ring their local store in your area to find out how old you have to be before you can apply to them for a Saturday job. You are better off looking for something in a small independent store/shop/hairdressers and/or babysitting. Also doing a paper round is an option but this involves 'early rising' in all weathers and isn't well paid.
