You could witness that down south. They have teenage cousins marrying out in the boondocks. Dont need to look into international news for that.

This was the norm during Biblical times when the average life expectancy was to about age 45. Christianity suppresses the fact that Mary was 12 yrs old when Joseph married her.  This Saudi couple can't have children because they will be born deformed.
