Sauna suit....how to clean?

just got a sauna suit & no instructions on how to wash it. Any help would be great.

  1. Turn it inside out and spray it with a hose or soak it in a bathtub.  Hang it (inside out) to dry.


  2. just spray it with water and let dry...i wouldnt put it in any machine, i think that could easily burn or rip it
