Save My Business?

Question

I need someone to help me with my Business - It is struggling at the moment and we need a qucik injection of cash flow.

We would like to see if anyone is interested in helping us get the business back on track and take control of teh business.

JUst we have made some bad decisions over the past six months and have been finding it very very hard to get it back on line.

We need to have someone with experience that might be able to help us with a business plan and push things going forward.

We do not want someone to suggest start up another name and go forward we are lookoing for someone that might be able to guide this on in the right direction with the current status.

Its an office and shop fitting business - turned over 4 million in three years but is behind around 250k at the moment - Do not want to close it down because there is potential
