Save a video with Windows Media Player ?

Question

when I download a Video and it has been buffered in W.M.Player, that video is certainly in some file/place in my Hard Disk. Can I recover/discover it, and save it for future re-use, maybe changing name/extension ?

go to like my documents or something and at the top click search and search your whole computer for the video.
