Save windows xp from machine to disk?

some one stole my xp pro installation cd i was wondering of a way to make a bootable disk of even a restore disk sufficant enuff to install on a machine

Microsoft doesn't sell operating systems per say, they sell the license key to their operating systems. Because of this, they don't protect their OS discs. If you can find a friend to borrow their disc from or copy, as long as your license key is valid you should be good.
