Saving photoshop CS3 files for Photoshop 7?

What kind of file can be edited WITH THE LAYERS from CS3 in Photoshop 7?

Im really not sure how to state this question...

Please help!

  1. If I remember correctly, the only problem you would have opening a CS3 layered Photoshop file (psd) in 7.0 is if you used layer sets, or worse, sets within sets. 7.0 will just see them as merged layers. Other than that, you should be fine.

  3. A TIFF will allow you to save layers. Just make sure layers is checked on the save box.
