This site will do you a lot of good.I used to have prostate problems.They went away after starting this program.Now I have the s*x drive of a teenager.I started this program because of lung cancer.I was amazed at how healthy I become.My lung cancer is also gone.

Several recent large double blind placebo controlled trials have shown that Saw Palmetto doesn't actually perform better than placebo.

There is no evidence it can be used for "prostate and urinary health" whatever that means.

The pain is your arm is likely unrelated, but you might want to have your doctor check that out.
