I would like to learn more about Saxony which called the state of arts...

You can go Freiberg or Dresden in Saxony... Saxony is the state of arts because culture is at its most varied, and there are lot of history in Saxony. You can see more  history of Germany in Saxony. It is not only the architectural but also the music and the art in Saxony,,, You can listen Bach's Christmas Oratorio at the Thomaskirche church in Leipzig, or a Baroque concert in the Dresden Zwinger.... The Dresden State Art Collections are among the most prominent museums in the world.
