I saw this guys question, and it got me thinking as his question was

What happen when .................................

we completely merge with computer. And we could predicts things (based on data calculation) ahead of see the things with our eyes.

As a christian I instead believe this will happen first, so what will happen when this happens?

the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.

He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Don't you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things

(hint this book was written because christians were worried they had missed a certain event)

USUAL DISCLAIMER) Look I am looking for ONLY for christian response. Yes I acknowledge you have as much right to post here if you are an athiest or agnostic, but please try to stay on topic and try to pretend your giving a christian perspective, at least show that much courtesy as when you do your quite cleaver much of the time.

  1.   A christian perspective is like using a fox to guard the hen house..God's perspective is truth.. There is no satan and no h**l..I am not christian, atheist  or agnostic I  am a spiritualists and speak only God's truth as  found in God's answers to the questions of Neale Donald Walsch.  .Do not stay mired in mythology, get a copy of Neale's book at your library.. God bless..

  2. I don't believe that a computer could ever predict everything, God is in control and He has alot of surprises in store for us here on earth.

  3. I'm afraid the guy who said there is no Satan and no h**l is deluding himself. The Bible is the only authority on this matter and it talks about both. I believe in the rapture. I believe that one day (soon) the Lord Jesus will call his church up to meet Him in the air. We are the salt of the earth. It is the Holy Spirit in us that keeps the earth going rotten. Therefore, when the man of lawlessness (antichrist) appears, he can only take power when the restraining influence of the Holy Spirit, indwelling Christians, is removed.

Hope this helps, and God bless

  4. You are right any addiction is fatal

including to become so in infatuated with ourselves that we beliefs that we

are the Best of the Best

  5. The verse you gave comes from 2 Thess. 2:3-5.  What will happen when the "son of perdition" is revealed, is that those who did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved, will believe a lie and be damned (verses11-12).  I am a Christian who believes in the Rapture, and I believe the Rapture (1 Thess. 4:13-18) will happen before the "son of perdition" is revealed.  God bless!!!
