Say I pulled in 300 Million Dollars for a Top Investment Bank. How much would I get in my bonuses? Also How much money would you need to earn the company to reach a million dollars?

  1. What do you mean "pulled in"?

If you mean you will bring business (=transactions) for 300 million dollar then most likely you would be fired because that is nothing for a top investment firm (where a small deal should be valued at 300 million).

If you mean you would make a 300million dollar investment into a top BOUTIQUE investment firm then you can become the owner and ask a top salary (plus dividends on your equity-investment), such a salary (including other perks) might be worth several millions. However investment banks are overseen by authorities (SEC, ...) and management people needs to be approved by them so you would need to have a good degree and experience (and the clients expect that as well).

If you bring in clients who invest 300M throw the Investment Bank then you can expect a decent salary of a few hundred thousand per annum (depending of a lot of variables likes location, kind of investment, ...).
