Even if it is cold and open, it wouldn't lose the alcohol.  But beer only really stays good for about an hour after you open it.  I wouldn't drink that S****y beer!  Eww!

if you cooked it, the alcohol in the beer would probably evaporate.

But the alcohol amount (average 5%) is way too little, to evaporate on its own. it is mixed with too much other liquid.

The alcohol will remain, the only thing that happens is it goes flat.

eeepp!!!!!! I don't think the alcohol will evaporate. But if you open the beer 4 even half an hour, two third of the co2 will be evaporated.., just think for 7 hours..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! me too I wouldn't drink that a bunky beer..
