Gaborik, because he is a soft European who choked this year, and does not even try to play hard because he doesn't like Minnesota. Look at Ovechkin, he also has to some extent no team, and he still plays hard every game and in the playoffs. Now look at Gaborik who want out of the Wild and has no team behind him. He doesnt play hard, and he gives up come later in the season. He is a disgrace to Europeans, and should try to act more like Ovee. On the other hand Jagr can be the same, but he is better than Gaborik i find.

My pick would be Jagr. He is getting past it with his skill level and he has not been about the team for a long time now. Only about himself. That will not work out for me as a GM.

Jagr - Unless he grows the mullet back.  I have never been a fan of his.  I  think his age would be the #1 factor.

Jagr, because he's lazy.  He doesn't work hard, and has no motivation.  His horrible attitude translates to the other players.

Players like Phaneuf or Staal are younger, and have a drive to work hard.  So even though they're not as good as someone like Jagr, they have heart and soul, which translates to better on-ice chemistry and motivates other players to do well.

Sergei Gonchar. I'd consider all the others a cut above Gonchar. Plus he's 34 years old.

I would take off Jaromir Jagr, he is one of those players that can either have a good season or bad season..

Dio Phaneuf . . . and you get rid of him by tying him to the back of the bus on the way to the airport and letting him be gone from hockey forever.  He is a dirty player . . . I wouldn't want him on my team. . . . there is a big difference between tough and dirty!

I would be getting rid of Marian Hossa............two Marians is too many.  

Once one is gone, I can yell from the rafters..."Marian...you boob" every time he makes a mistake, and there will no question who I am talking about.
