You know how people make those things for myspace? The one's that have the sayings on them! Well how do people do that, like make your own?

Are you talking about making graphics? I know a lot of people who use photoshop and/or the PC painting application.

You can also use Photobucket to add text to a picture. You go to "edit" which brings you to fotoflexer.  From here, you go to decorate and add text. You can choose your font and color.

However, there are many pre-made quotes graphics online for myspace. I suggest doing a Google search for "myspace graphics."
