Sc project hlp-if I took a 12 ounce bowl of wtr outside in -100 F would it freeze solid instantly?

Maybe within 5 seconds.  If you were to spray or squirt 12 ounces of water that would freeze instantly but 12 ounces in a bowl would probably take a few seconds because its a sizeable amount of water.  Water doesnt have a huge capacity to buffer temperature changes, but it will for af ew seconds at most.
