Scare of flying...?

I remember when I rode airplanes when I was a kid, I always threw up. Now I have to fly again. Just from thinking about it makes me want to throw up. The smell of an airplane and everything makes me dizzy. I am also afraid of heights. Please help me...

there are a lot of people who have a fear of flying - so don't feel bad.  I looked at the web and found the following web site that may be of help to you.

Don't fly then... those of us who do it all the time would prefer if you stayed home and nursed your psychological problems.  Don't puke on us!!
