My daughter started riding roller coasters at age 4.  Does that make you want to ride? lol, jk, Seriously, Busch Gardens had one with a loop and she rode on it then.  I think that helps, she isn't afraid of them now, she was a little then, but it just takes practice.  My son, who wasn't tall enough at her age, had to wait a year, now he's more afraid than she is.  Just start with the fun ones, but know this, sometimes the taller ones are less scary than the ones that aren't as tall.  At Cedar point, the taller ones are much less scary than the tallest wooden ones, which make you feel like you are falling.  Just psych yourself out!  Also, at Busch Garden, Sheikra, has a Vertical drop, you don't feel like you are falling, I'm 41 and my daughter and I love this ride (she's 10 now).  Take the advice from her, just do it!

dont worry bouth them i went last week and i was just as freaked out as you are right now the scariest ones and the only ones that are really scare are

1) Tatsu

2) Dejavu

u should get on the ninja first for warm up it just goes straight and around really fast not that bad and also get on the Viper

dont be scared i was but my friends told me to get on and thats how i lost my fear of heights

try new things trust me its worth it

Okay, I used to be afraid of roller coasters too. What i would do is start out on one that doesn't look too scary and if you like it try something bigger! thats what i did, and i ended up riding the Griffon at Busch Gardens which has a straight down drop!
