ok i was shaving my face and i tasted blood in my mouth. i spit all just little bit for blood. should i be worried.

wash out your mouth with salt water, then if It doesn't stop, see a doctor to make sure nothing is wrong

you're probably fine. i'm guessing you were getting ready in the morning and also had been brushing/flossing, which can cause bleeding in the mouth.  if it persists, see a doc, but it's probably nothing.
