Question:

Scared of flying flight soon?

i have a flight in about 2 hours

when i go on planes i freak out and just completely give up

i really just am so terrified that i cant control myself

im freaked out

i know all the things about how its safer than driving so please dont bother saying things like that and that i have a bigger chance of dieing getting to the airport

i just really need real help

  1. Take a pill to help you relax, or to make you sleep (depending on long it is.)

    I also like being the LAST one on. Tell the people that you are having a hard time with this and don't want to sit on the plane more then you have too. They should help. Make sure you also have something to do. book, coloring book, music, word search, toys, etc. it doesn't matter what it is, just make sure you ahve something. I believe you ahve a laptop...so make sure you get some good movies. Write a letter to some one.

    I am 24 and I usually bring toys. I know, sounds weird right? well, I don't care. I love children, and there is usually a child around for me to SHOW even though I am scared I am just fine. so they will be just fine. and then we have something to play with. It probably freaks out some people...but I try to resure them. I also like to draw things.

    anyway, write me a letter...lee16frog@yahoo.com. write what ever you want....ask me questions. anything!!! Then email it to me when you touch down. Have a great trip where ever you are going. I will be looking forward to you letter. (make srue the subject says something like, I am flying and you are listening. ...anyway, just so i know you aren't trying to sell me something . LOL


  2. dude ... chillax ... i was sooo freaked out the first two or three times that the plane's gonna crash ... i even barfed at some turbulence

    but you will realize sooner or later that nothing's gonna happen

    you can't make the fear stop, no matter what i or anybody else says ... you have to get rid of it alone

  3. Hmmm...You could at least take some Benadryl. If you're like most people, it might make you a little drowsy, and maybe you could relax a little bit more.
