will my anemone eat the Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp? Also do i need any special lighting to have corals?

Your anemone won't attack your shrimp however if the shrimp wonders into the anemone that is another story.

Yes you need special lighting for coral.  However what you need will depend on the type of corals you get.  Remember, anemone need special lighting as well.  You will need to keep both of these types of animals in mind when changing the lighting.
