Scarlett letter? Which movie to pick??

I have to get the scarlett letter movie and watch it before school starts. I typed it in google and theres like 5 different year movies. Which one is the best that covers the story. Please help!!??

Go to Blockbuster and rent all of them. Each director has their own interpretation.

Whatever you do, don't get the one starring Demi Moore.

For a full telling of the story (and if you have the time), I highly recommend the miniseries from WGBH.

i don't know what movie this is but why not watch all of them? then you can get different perspectives and be better prepared in school. could be pricey though?
