Scarring from spots. Is there a product out there that i can use to solve this problem?

I would really appreciate it if anyone could tell me if there is something i can use that will get rid of this scarring. Its only a very small area on my cheek, but I'm self conscious of it. Best awnser to those who give me best advice. Thanks.
