I'm not actually trying to sign up for a class and pay 5 G's but what is your opinion on this fighting system. Is it really worth the price or is it some Krav Maga knockoff

  1. I agree with 70% of what winkstar has said here, but one key factor we definately disagree on is that "You're a good martial artist when you never have to fight"  Being a good practitioner means you'll never even really have to find out how good your skills are in the first place.  A true martial artists skills aren't in his physical abilites they're found in his "mental state".  As a "jujitsu practitioner" I am not going to give up my solid technique to try and out stregthen you or beat you with speed .... nope I'll simply let you defeat your self .... I'm not talking any cage fighting commercial MMA jujitsu wanna-be c**p, but the real deal man.  Controlling my opponent's every move with little or no effort what so ever and without any thought what so ever.  I'd simply be that I am "opposite" of what my opponent is.  "Mental State" .... this is what makes a true martial artist a true martial artist.... "Mental State"..... "just be"

  2. you have the money for that?then join it...you think its waste of money?then look for cheaper rate martial art classes or buy books about martial art and self taught yourself about self defence....and find anyone who also share the same interest to practice or spar with you..that it.learning from SCAR or any MA etc.doesnt make you good fighter...its how you practice and how often you apply does martial art in real fight...you might be learning many martial art for 20 yrs,but if you seldom or dont have any experience in real fight or tournament, you will never know how good you are with the martial art.thats is why ppl who fight in octagon have different perception in the martial art effectiveness to martial artist who dont fight competitively.....theory sounds ok but practically in fight it would be different....
