I had a dream my best friend got run over by a car,

I was scared out of my skin after the next night i had a dream that a thing was foloing me what happening?

I think you might be going through a phase of insecurity for some reason. All you can do is figure out why and fix it then you won't have these forever. Best wishes. UK
