Scary dream about school?

Question

tomorrow is my math final exam

my dream was that i was taking the exam and then the numbers where flying from my paper and my paper was empty & i said teacher the numbers are flying out of my paper & all the students started laughing at me

p.s: i already studyed for my exam

does this means im scared of my exam ?

I think it shows that you're somewhat insecure. You feel like you've got everything covered up but there's still something you're missing out on. Another reason could be  that you're worried you'll forget things like formulas and stuff.

I am 47 and still dream of things like that. . . high school nightmares! LOL   I usually can't remember my locker combo, or I forgot about an exam and know nothing.  

Recently my dad (who is 76) mentioned he has the high school exam nightmares too.  This is a guy who got excellent grades.  

Weird huh?  I bet it's pretty common. . . . maybe we are all just so stressed out about failing in those years that we never forget it subconsciously?  

As a counselor, I recommend you think about it as you fall asleep:  imagine taking the exam and doing great, and being proud and happy about it.  It may make for  better dreams.  Good luck! LOL

You are just worried about the exam.

If you'd studied, then remind yourself not to worry so much.

The numbers flying off the paper doesn't mean anything or it could mean that you are afraid of trick problem, problems you are not prepared for.

I said the flying numbers could mean nothing because most people can't see numbers and letter in dreams. That's why so few people win the lottery by using numbers from their dreams. You seeing them all over the place other than on paper is normal.

Have confidence in your ability and you will do just fine.
