Scary dreams?!?

so, for a while I've been havin some pretty creepy dreams. i'd turned 2 the Bible, & wuz readin it 1 night. I fell asleep with it in my hands, then had this dream that hands shot out of the Bible, choking me. I woke up coughing & scared, and saw that my own hands were on top of my Bible. There were scratches on my neck. I hate goin 2 bed now, thinkin that sumthing is there in my room. The Bible is, let's just say, not my greatest comfort now. Plz help. Dreams r scarin me alot now.
