Scary phone call and text?

i got a call and i had no idea who it was. so i didnt answer it. becasue it was an out of area number. so i texted the number saying "who is this" i go a message saying "NO ONE" and then i said "but you just called me" and they said "yes" and then i said again "who is this" they never replyed back. should i just leave it alone, be scared or call the #? im pretty scared right now so what should i do?

tell the cops about  the number and see what they can do about it

i think u should just forget about it! they might of called ur # on mistake. if it happens again do something about it but for now just forget about it

obviously a prank call if you  dont think its a prank call then call the police and theyll track the phone call

It probably was a wrong number, and now theyre just breaking your chops. I wouldnt worry about it, it is only a cell phone, not a super spy into your home camera.
