Scary-sounding Italian last name?

I am in the process of naming a character in my story and need suggestions for a scary-sounding Italian last name. Thanks! :)

Macellaro       ('butcher' in a heavy Roman accent, very nasty!)

Sputafuoco = someone who spits fire

Mangiacan = one who eats dogs

Strega = witch

Gnomo = gnome

Gambarotto = broken leg

Gambacorto = (one) short leg

Gobbo = hunch back

Cicero, Gambini, Gotti, Capone, Clemenza, Brasi, etc. lol there are some famous mobsters and hit men both fictional and real lol

A so named famous criminal anthropologist really existed later XIX cent.

And it remembers "ombra"=shadow, "ombroso"= someone easy to anger and with a gloom temper
