  1. Fun. How about a crew member's signature, chalk, a business man's business card, lipstick kiss mark from a grandmother, etc. That way they have to talk to all sorts of different people from the crusie.

  2. This sounds like a lot of fun. I am going on a seven day cruise in May.. and this could be an Idea... there are so many different things you could do for a scavenger hunt on a cruise.. are you talking about strictly on the boat? or including the islands?

when i think of a scavenger hunt i think of finding things... you could try to find things like... a toothbrush, a toothpick, a roll of toilet paper... but then the requirements for things like this would be take a picture of a person giving it to you... so you have proof they just didnt buy it or take it out of their own room.

some of the other responses were like take a picture in every bar... or such... if you do it that way, take a shot in every bar one night... or dance in every dance club... or have a cigar with an old man... or drink with the old ladies.. or find a young girl to give you a kiss on the cheek.. the opportunities are endless... HAVE FUN!!

  3. How about photos of the participants with various members of the crew like the Hotel or Staff Captain, Chief Engineer, Head Chief, etc...

Locate facts about the ship like gross tonnage, fuel and water load, max speed, average cruising speed, passenger load, number of crew, crew to passenger ratio, how much water is in the swimming pools etc...

Have them get a deck of cards from the casino, a brochure from the Future Cruise Sales folks (bonus points if they put a deposit on a future cruise while they were at it ;).  Business card from the art auctioneer.

Depending on the ship you are going on you might also include participating in certain activities too.  Photo of the participant in every bar and every restaurant onboard>>>

Don't know how long you're going to run this, but you could also think about the ports that you are going to and have participants locate items in port during port calls too...

  4. how about a digital photo with the captain, a sea shell, a sand dollar, a post card of one of the islands you have visited. Currency coin of one of the islands you stopped at.

gum or candy with a wrapper in a different language.a piece of sea glass found on the beach.

    Have fun
