Question:

Scene hair and instructions on how to style it?

I have short, shoulder length hair. It is a dark auburn color and very thick. I straighten it before I go out but it never stays straight! It's always frizzy. Then the straightness comes out within an hour or so. Name of a product or homemade technique I could use?

Also, I have been wanting to give an Emo/Scene style to my hair but I don't know how. I've searched google over and over but cannot find the exact info I need. I would like a step by step page of instructions on how to style your hair (when it is short) to look scene? Any body capable of helping me here?

Thanks,

L

  1. Try Famous Times Six http://ft6.sinfree.net/

all the scene queens use it for their extensions.

i have bought my pink and black striped extensions off them, my hair is a dirty blonde so it looks really effective. and their extensions are made with real human hair so they look and feel 100% real. also they are clip-ons so you can re-use them over and over so its really good value for your money cuz it can last you the rest of your life.

  2. try to use aniti-frizz or some products like that.

    the scene hair:

its shoulder length and thick with is GREAT.

if its shoulder length ask ur stylist to make ur hair layered and choppy at the end after, put ur bangs to a side or like have regular bangs, if u wanna see ho u want it, go to youtube and type in how to do emo hair or something similar.

try to get it razorbladed or like ask ur stylist to do it.

    hope this helps :D

  3. get jur hair thinned.

btw youtubes got TONS of vids

    hope i hellpd :]

  4. well maybe u should try some anti-frizz solution 4 ur hair, but try puting that stuff on after u straightened ur hair i think that should help and if u want a scene hair style u should back comb your hair, uno instead of combing your hair down, comb it up constantly and it should turn out something like a scene hair syle

    hope i helped ^-^

  10. uhm. lots of volume i suppose.

    buy hairspray and wax.

    and your straightener.

    what exactly do you mean?

you want to tease it so it goes kapoof?

  11. Can u give a pic of what u want it to look like??

  12. If you want teased hair, you should get a choppy hair cut and use this video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LMlOcARX...

the technique is good, but you should use hairspray after each section because it will be flat if you don't.

As for the straightening situation, just by a de-frizz product and put it in after you straighten it.

  13. Start with a good flat iron. Your going to spend about $130.00- $200.00 Anything less your waisting time, and run the risk of damaging your hair. A great product  for your hair would be Sleek by Matrix. I recommend the water repellent spray for sure. You will find Matrix at any professional salon.  TG has a great smoother called Dumb Blonde it`s new and really good...GOOD LUCK!!
