Rangnick was appointed in March this year, as he replaced current http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfL-Wolfsburg-c40881 manager Felix Magath, but now has resigned from his duties before even completing his tenure with the club.
The tactician complained about exhaustion, forcing him to discuss his worsening condition with the Veltins Arena officials. After long discussions, both parties felt that stepping down would be the better option in this scenario.

last season. Since then, the team have struggled and are currently ninth on the league table with as many points from six games.
While talking to the local press about his decision, Rangnick added, “After a long and mature consideration I decided that I needed a break. This decision is very hard but my current energy level is not sufficient to be successful and especially to further
develop the team.”
Schalke sporting director, Horst Heldt, confirmed about the manager’s departure saying that it was entirely his own decision and not a forced one. He further wished Rangnick all the very best with his health. He added that the tactician would be welcomed
back once he returns to full fitness.
Heldt concluded the talks by saying, “He has stepped down after discussions this morning. It was not immediately clear how long Rangnick would be out, or whether he would return to Schalke after a break. His decision deserves respect. We also believe that
health should be put above any professional targets and challenges.”
Rangnick led his side to three league victories this season before stepping down from his managerial responsibilities. It remains to be seen how long does it take for the manager to return to full health.
