Does anyone know what website I can go to to find a schematic for theses ?

Try the links below.  Schematics for the different filter types are the same only the values are different.  It is the pass band that makes them different, i.e. LPF, HPF, BPF, etc.  For passive filter they can be L, T, Pi, etc. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_...  Different elements of RLC determines the filter type, i.e. LPF, HPF, etc.

For Butterworth, Bessel, Cheby, etc., the coefficients of the s-parameter determine the type/shape.  Realization from coefficients to RLC value is next.
