  1. Enter Greece first only for a few days since it is where you applied for a visa and then proceed to Spain.

  2. sorry i don't know.

  3. I don't see the point in changing your destination, as weather in December is bad both in Spain and Greece. There is no difference at all. The best place to travel to inside the Schengen area in December is Germany. The weather will be even colder there, but you will be able to visit the Christmas markets.

But to answer your question: Yes, you can go to Spain with your C-type Schengen visa issued by Greece. You do not need to go to Greece at all. Just understand that what you are doing is not right. The next time think about where you want to go beforehand and apply at the right embassy.

  4. You need to enter first in Greece since it's where you're starting point to hop from another country to another country that belongs to the Schengen states. I'f am not wrong, your visa is called "multiple entry". If you cannot get into another country after entering Greece, then your vise is called a "single entry". Most cases, multiple entry is valid until one month, while single entry is valid within three months. So if your are holding an M.E. visa, even just one day of stay in Greece (just to have record that you entered already in that country), you can transfer or fly to another country like Spain which you really want to go. When you will be in Spain and your visa expires there, you can appply for extension of stay. (if am not wrong your visa that you have now is for tourist visa???) Extension of visa in Spain, the main pre-requisite is to apply either at the Consulate Office in Spain or the so-called "Police Office/Commissaria". You must exhibit an application form and your reason of extending your visa there. (Perhaps, you will be asked to have a sponsor there and a bank account in Spain). Have a wonderful vacation!

  5. You can go directly to Spain. You can enter any of the Schengen visa countries directly without going to greece first.

I have applied many times for french/greece/portugal/..and entred first to other Schengen contries..

The only problem that may occur is the next time you will apply in a Greece consulate they may ask you if you are really going to Greece this time or just using their consultate services to access other counties..

    Good Luck
