Would you want to be a registered nurse? Why or y not? PLease EXplain!

Hi!! My partner was a registered nurse and opted out of the system because nurses no longer had the respect they deserved from the NHS managers, patients, and other ancillary workers. Another reason was that the new nurses coming into the profession were not taught or trained correctly. Going to schools or universities does not give them the practical experience that they need on the wards, therefore they have to "relearn" and that puts a great strain on the older type nurses.

She now prefers to work as a care assistant and stay in the caring  profession.
