Nurses report the EKG is not working on the patients

Currently on the chart paper I am only seeing

II ----------aVL---------V2------V5
III----------aVF---------V3------V6
II -------------------------------------------------------

The configuration use to look like this

III ----------------------------------------------
aVR ------------------------------------------
