  1. I have paranoid schizophrenia.

My illness worsens under stress even if I do take the meds. But my meds keep me out of hospital. The disease should not prgress if you take your meds regularly. If you stop taking your meds, the voices/hallucinations will get worse and, in my case, get very very paranoid and delusional. It is terrifying. But when I am back on the meds, I recover enough to get out of hospital.

Normally, day to day, I hear voices and hallucinate quite a lot, and I get paranoid about many things, but I am well enough to stay out of hospital.

I wouldn't say my illness is getting worse with time, it is just at a steady level where I am having these symptoms.

  2. You have lived in fear to long and worry to much about what people are saying or what they think. If you do this for to long the thought become voices and you may be predisposed to acting on the voices, in res ponce to what they say. To cure it you will have to go to the extreme and care one bit about what people think or say about you. This may lead to trouble with others from which you repair in time.

  3. lose further touch with reality.

    Stay on medication as prescribed

  4. nothing

You must never stop taking your medication that's all
