The legendary goalkeeper has stated that the controversial Real Madrid manager will not be seen as a potential Sir Alex Ferguson replacement.
One of the hottest prospects in the world of football will be unfolded, once the talismanic Manchester United manager Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson decides to call time upon his long lasting dynasty at the Old Trafford based outfit.
The Wily Scot stepped up and was appointed as the manager of the Red Devils back in 1986, amid times which saw the Manchester based outfit fall into the glittering glories of their domestic and arch rivals http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809.
The mantra of the manager who had stepped up at one of the most prestigious seats in the world of football was unknown to many, until the time that the famous banter at Liverpool was unfolded, amid chants by the Anfield faithful, which directed taunts at
the then Old Trafford’s living  legend Eric Cantona.
The Scot proved that his main aim was to knock Liverpool off their perch and he has very much done that as since 1986, United have been led to unprecedented success under the management of the former St. Mirren head coach.
The Red devils took the Premier League by storm and have won the prestigious trophy on no less than 12 occasions, and this season the tactician has almost seen off the threat posed by noisy neighbours Manchester City, who won the title last season in a heart
breaking manner for the fans of the Old Trafford based outfit.
The biggest question that has come to the scene is that who will replace the most successful manager of all times, once Sir Alex decides to step down from the hot-seat.
Current Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho is heavily tipped to replace the Scot upon his retirement but former United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel thinks otherwise.
"[Mournho] will not be the successor," he told El Mundo. "I don't think the club would be happy with everything Mourinho brings with him.”

"He's a great candidate for his qualities as a manager but the club doesn't want all the things that come with him. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 and now Real Madrid - he doesn't last more than three years."
"Almost everyone in the world considers Madrid to be favorites - that's strange. We should beat them because we're having a good season," he stated.
Sir Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho are also set to lock horns for the mouthwatering Champions League clash on this Wednesday night at Santiago Bernabeu.
