Question:

Scholarship Hopes...Opinions wanted good or bad?

I wanted to know what other people think of my chances of getting a scholarship for track.. im in chicago and i run the 100m dash, 200m dash, 4x100, and 4x200.... my fastest 100 time is a 10.78 and my 200 is a 22.6 (i ran a 21.9 while practing after tweaking my way i run the 200 but that was after the season) im 16 years old and about to be a junior in high school.....thanks for the answers

  1. chances are not good. Sprinters are a dime a dozen, and they dont want to waste money on a one trick pony..Can you do any of the field events...Threw in a competetion long jump or something to increase your value


  2. You will need to improve by cutting of a second or two but your doing alright. Exercise everyday ( allow some recovery) But really push yourself and see what your made of. You can be the best if you want it and I seriously mean that. Start making a few first place in school and you'll definitly get noticed!
