Scholarship applications?

I am going into grade 11 and was wondering if i would be able to apply for scholarships. I need to know what sites to apply, and plus my school doesn't have a GPA system, so how do i figure my GPA out?

There are only two conditions to fulfill. you must be intelligent and you must be earning a low amount or not earning at all.
