Scholarship based admission in overseas universites/colleges for talented Pakistani students..help please

Question

I'm seeking for admission in foreign Universites/colleges on Scholarship basis after my F.Sc in Pakistan......But yet I don't have enough info about such universites.......that when do they offer admissions & what are their requiremnets.

I want to get first BE or BS Honours in Physics Degree.
