Scholarship essay help?

Question

Ok... I'm writing my uni scholarship essay and I'm sort of stuck. The essay requires me to explain how I can contribute to the university.

All I could think of is probably:

Playing active roles in clubs/societies/activities that are beneficial to the university community

What else can I say?

There's nothing wrong with the examples you wrote. They just have to be more specific. If you can find a way to research the organizations and clubs that are available to the school, you may want to assess which of the clubs you can join so you can write down specifically what organizations or volunteer programs you will join if you are accepted. After, you must discuss why joining these organizations will help you become a productive student that will benefit the school.

Of course, you must be sure that you will do whatever you write so make sure that what your examples are feasible.

you could say you will help foreign students settle down. you could say that your association with the university will be life-long. and u will try to do them proud by being a good citizen and by excelling in your professional sphere.

you could also say that one day, when you become a success, you will help deserving students like yourself with financial aid!
